Here are the announcements from class:

Here is what is “due” tomorrow:
* buy the course packet
* stop by my office (SAM219) to say “Hi”
* read sections §6.1 & §6.2 of the textbook
* do the reading assignments for §6.1 & §6.2 (these are in the course packet)
* try #1a-b from the Group Project from class today

Here is what is “due” over the next couple of days:
* do the syllabus quiz (in course packet)
* take the introductory survey
* register on WAMAP
* buy the book
* visit the blog (which you are doing right now)
* say “Hi” on WAMAP

As mentioned in class, there are links to the first four sections of the book. These are available on the wamap system. If you are having trouble finding the files, email me.
